Craig Manson has worked in 9 countries across 3 continents helping to bring more effective data into the hands of healthcare professionals. As an advisor to the United Kingdom and Australian governments, he has pioneered the use of risk adjusted data to positively influence patient behaviour. Prior to founding Configo, Craig was an Operating Partner at leading healthcare commercialization experts, Fitzroy Health and Executive Vice President of Dr Foster Intelligence (now Telstra Health).
Evan Jones has spent over a decade building and launching successful data-focused products for both patients and healthcare organizations. Prior to founding Configo, he served as VP & GM, Healthcare & Insights Groups at U.S. News & World Report where he oversaw all healthcare products, including the Best Hospitals and Best Children’s Hospitals. He formed and built U.S. News’s analytics businesses which served hundreds of health care systems by the end of his tenure.
Stephanie Alexander was the founder and CEO of Premier Inc. healthcare alliance’s healthcare informatics business, she brings 30 years of experience in healthcare data benchmarking and an unparalleled network of relationships. Prior to her joining Configo, Stephanie was CEO of PeraHealth (real time patient status experts) and President, Performance Analytics at MedAssets.
VP, Strategic Accounts & Sales
Barbara Norman has spent over 30 year with organizations that build comparative benchmarks and analytics (clinical and operational benchmarks) and has help grow companies such as Verge Health (now part of RLDatix), GE Healthcare and Truven. Barbara has increased the growth within the organizations by creating and managing both sales teams and partner channels.
VP, Chief Quality and Safety Officer
Dr. Shah obtained his BA/MD from Boston University and completed his Otolaryngology residency at Tufts University followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Children's Hospital Boston at Harvard University. Today he is Vice President, Chief Quality and Safety Officer at Children’s National Hospital. He is recognized as a leader in patient safety and quality improvement and a prolific publisher of award winning research in areas including resource utilization and outcomes, patient safety, and medical errors.
System Chief Quality Office
Dr. Williams is an MD graduate of Duke University and from Boston University and completed his Otolaryngology residency with Baylor College of Medicine. As System Chief Quality Officer at Texas Children's hospital, Dr. Williams applies principles of high reliability to the intensive care unit environments to prevent harm, discover problems, and work collaboratively toward solutions. In addition he is a proponent of maximizing performance transparency. His current projects include using resilience engineering to minimize unnecessary variation in the delivery of care, specifically for pediatric septic shock and pediatric stroke. He is also working on a project to determine the clinical utility of noninvasive measurements of cardiac performance indices in pediatric patients
VP, Product Design
Prior to joining Configo John served as VP of Product at U.S.News and World Report, where he played a key role in the creation of over a dozen new products, including Best Doctors, Best Diets and Health Data Insights. At U.S.News, John was also responsible for forming their Design/UX team and leading user research. Throughout his career, John has served a design lead role on projects for both large clients such as Raython and Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as many smaller startups.
Principal Data Architect
Chris has spent most of his career building healthcare analytics to help drive quality improvement and cost reduction. Chris led architecture at several leading clinical quality improvement and supply chain companies including Premier and MedAssets and has been an advocate for increasing automation in data warehouse development.
